Unit Head – Administration & General Services Department

  • Plan and coordinate all administration related activities including repair and maintenance of office machines, supervision of travel and accommodation, reimbursement of staff expenses, maintain petty cash fund, purchase of machines, servicing and procurement of new fire extinguishers for head office and branches.
  • Manage payments to contractors and other vendors inline with the laid down policies and procedures.
  • Monitor cost and expenses to ensure that approved budgets are not exceeded.
  • Supervise and support staff in day to day operations/ major operational work of the bank.
  • Candidate must have 5 years of experience in Administration & General Services Department in a commercial/ Islamic bank with atleast 1 year in similar role.
  • Minimum Graduate, Preferably Masters
