  Internet Banking is an internet based Banking feature which allows a customer to access and manage  Bank accounts and transactions securely over the Internet.
   
 
     
  You can use  Internet Banking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
   
 
     
  Internet Banking allows you to access your Current and/or Savings accounts online.
   
 
     
  Yes, In order to use Internet Banking  you will need to have maintain a Current or Savings account with us.
   
 
     
  The internet Banking service is absolutely free of any charge.
   
 
     
  New Customer:
     
   
You will have to provide your email address at the given location on your Account Opening form.
Your email address acts as your login ID. This ensures that your login details are unique and hence cannot be copied.
You will receive a system-generated email at your assigned address.
The email will contain a URL which will take you to BankIslami Internet Banking website.
You will be asked to log in by entering your User ID, which is your email address (in full).
You will be prompted to set your password. You can do so by choosing at least 6 alphanumeric characters.
Once password has been specified, you will be able to log on to BankIslami Internet Banking.
     
  Existing Customer:
     
    Please contact our Phone Banking at 111-ISLAMI to help you register for this service. You will need to provide your customer details and email address. You will get an email that will help you generate your password.
     
 
     
  If you forget your Password, you can click on the Forgot password link on BankIslami's Internet Banking home page and provide your login id (email address). You will be sent a link via email through which you can generate a new password.
   
 
     
  Yes, you can change your password by logging on to BankIslami's Internet Banking, clicking on the profile tab and then on the change password tab. Type in the old password, new password and then reconfirm the new password and submit the request. When Changing your Password, be sure to create something that no one could guess. You should memorize your Password and never write it down. These important steps will prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing your financial information.
   
 
     
  Access to your personal and account details are controlled via the Log In process. It is therefore essential that you do not divulge or write down your PIN or Password. Take great care when Logging In to ensure that you are not overlooked. You must change your password in case of suspicion or you can contact Phone Banking immediately on 111-ISLAMI (475-264) if you suspect someone has seen your PIN or Password.
   
 
     
  To download a statement for use in a spreadsheet or Portable Document Format, simply select 'Mini Statement' or ‘Full Statement’ from Accounts tab on the left hand side. From here you can select the appropriate account, format and date range, view the Statement the click on Excel or PDF for Download in that format or Click Printer Friendly for printing immediately.
   
 
     
  BankIslami provides highest level of security features to ensure sensitive customer information is safe and secure. This includes: 128-bit encryption technology, known as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), which is currently the most secure in the industry; A login id and  Password, blocking of Internet Banking feature in case of three failed attempts and an auto signed off period of 5 minutes.
   
 
     
  Encryption is a method of scrambling your information to protect its transmission across the Internet. Encryption transforms data into an unreadable form, and decryption reverses that process. Both encryption and decryption require the use of a special code, usually referred to as a key. The encryption of data provides a strong degree of protection against tampering while data is moving through the Internet.
   
 
     
  All you need to start Banking on line is a BankIslami's account and a PC with Internet access. In a continued effort to safeguard on line Banking transactions, BankIslami requires full 128-bit encryption for Personal Internet Banking use. The following are BankIslami -supported browsers that offer this highest level of encryption:
     
   
Internet Explorer - versions 5.5, and 6.0
Netscape - versions 7.1, and 7.2
Safari version 1.2
Mozilla/FireFox version 1.0
     
    If your browser does not support 128-bit encryption, you will need to download the latest version in order for you to use Personal Internet Banking. You should also be sure your browser options are set to accept cookies and is JavaScript enabled. There is no special software needed to access Internet Banking. Once you sign up, you will be able to access Internet Banking anytime from BankIslami's Internet Banking.
   
 
     
  Yes you can, as long as you have access to Internet with the browser that we have recommended your internet Banking service is available to you 24 hours a day.
   
 
     
  Your Internet Banking account can be misused if your password and login id are compromised. Please take the following precautions to avoid any fraudulent activity on your account?
     
   
DO NOT reveal your ID and password to anyone, write down or use it where someone else can see.
Change your password IMMEDIATELY, using the 'Change of Password' service, if you suspect it has been revealed.
DO NOT use easily recognized numbers such as your telephone number etc. as your password.
REMEMBER TO LOG OUT of the system and close your browser whenever you leave your computer, even for a short while.
Clear your browser's cache on a regular basis so that your account information is removed. This is particularly important if you are using a shared PC. You should clear it after each session.
Always use the latest recommended Internet browser so that you are using the most updated security features available.
Call our Phone Banking immediately if you notice any unusual transactions on your account.

Click on [Edit]
Select [Preferences]
Select [Advanced]
Select [Cache]
Click on [Clear Memory Cache] and [Clear Disk Cache]
Click on [OK] & restart the browser
     
  If you are using Internet Explorer 5.0,
     
   
Click on [Tools]
Select [Internet Options]
Select [General] Tab
Click on [Delete Files] under [Temporary Internet Files] section
Check [Delete all off-line content]
Click on [OK] & restart the browser

  There is a high level of risk involved in your password or login id getting compromised. We do not recommend you to use this service at an Internet cafe.
   
 
     
  You can transfer your funds from one BankIslami account to your another BankIslami account.
   
 
     
  You can transfer Unlimited funds from one BankIslami account to your another BankIslami Account. 
   
 
     
  Fund transfers to other BankIslami accounts will take effect right after the transaction
   
 
     
  Yes. You can select your latest transaction or historical transactions for a period up to one year from the current date and click on the printer friendly version to print the information for your tracking. You can also save your transaction tracking on your PC/Laptop.
   
 
     
  You can view your transactional history up to one year for your accounts.
