BankIslami is the only Bank in Pakistan Banking industry that has introduced instrument less banking service for its customer(s), One Touch Banking is a Signature service of BankIslami (Cheque Less Transaction Service), by using One Touch Banking service customers can withdraw the funds, transfer the funds to other accounts/ other Bank customers, utility bills payment, Mobile Top-up, Stop Payment, Internet Banking Activation, Mobile Application Activation and card activation services without using a Cheque or any transaction form through Thumb Impression authentication. Customer just needs to visit the branch counter and after BIO Impression verification; customer can execute any counter transaction(s).

In addition to Cheque less transaction services to customers, BankIslami is also providing Inter Bank Fund Transfer (IBFT) through Cheque via One Touch Banking channel by using this service BankIslami customers can transfer the funds from their account to any other bank customer account.

Can I access eStatements any where in the world?

  • Yes, if you can access your email from a location, you will be able to view your eStatement.

When do I receive my eStatements?

  • You will receive your eStatement as per the frequency you define. The frequency for Bank account customers can be daily, weekly, monthly or semi annually.

Can I use eStatements and still receive my statements via regular mail?

  • Yes, Bank Account customers can receive their statements by both regular mail or via eStatements.

Can I change my email address for eStatements?

  • Yes, you can simply call phone Banking at 111-ISLAMI (475-264)

Why is it that after registration I am not getting my eStatements on the desired frequency?

  • Kindly ensure that your email inbox has free space. Check if the eStatement is lying in the junk mail box and the email address that you have specified is correct. After completing the above checks if the problem persists call at 111-ISLAMI (475-264)

Do I need any software to view my eStatements?

  • No, You don’t require any special software to avail the eStatement service. eStatements are in PDF format and will open in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Can I have eStatement delivery for more than one account?

  • Yes, you can get your eStatement of different BankIslami accounts on your email address.

How and When do i get my TPIN?

  • Your ATM PIN is your TPIN. This PIN is mailed to you with your One-Card.

How can i get a One Card?

  • To get a One Card please visit our nearest branch and open an account. You get your One Card request processed at the time of Account Opening. In case you are an existing customer, you can call our call center at 111-ISLAMI (475-264) and provide necessary details to get your One Card and PIN mailed to you.

If I make a payment through self service Banking will it reflect on my account immediately?

  • All transactions that are made through Self Service Banking are instant except for payment transactions. Cheque payments are posted to your account within 3 days.

Can I access Account services on Self Service Banking?

  • Yes. After TPIN verification on the Self Service Banking, you can access all your accounts.

How can i change my TPIN?

  • You can change your TPIN by choosing option 5 while using Self Service Banking with BankIslami.
