National Sales Internship Program (2023)

BankIslami Pakistan has launched “National Sales Internship Program (2023)” under which young and potential graduates / undergraduates from all over Pakistan shall be engaged in a structured internship program of BankIslami in the capacity of “Business Interns” (BIs). These individuals will be trained in different Branches of the Bank so, as to give them a 360 view of the Sales & Marketing as well as get them familiar with the strategic business objectives of the Bank.
Key Objectives:
- Develop awareness about the concept of “Saving Humanity from Riba” through experiential based training along-with Business leaders.
- Offering opportunity to understand of our Mission, Business Model and day to day operations.
- Providing professional platform to get exposure in actual business environment.
Eligibility Criteria
All Students/individuals, typically having 12-16 years of education (minimum) preferably in Commerce / Business from a HEC recognized University.
Students/individuals of rural areas having qualification of intermediate are also highly encouraged to avail this opportunity.
Maximum age limit of up to 30 years at the time of application.
Minimum CGPA of 2.3 or 2nd Division.
Minimum 1st Division in Matriculation and Intermediate examination.
Duration of the program will be 6-8 weeks
