Digital Onboarding Process
Visit the Digital Onboarding portal via https://onboard.bankislami.com.pk
Fill out the necessary KYC fields.
Provide Live photo for Liveliness check.
Sim Ownership Verification will be performed.
Intimation for successful Account request will be sent to provided email address.
Account will be opened within two working days after complete verification of all information provided.
Transaction Limits
1) Islami Asaan Digital Current/Savings/Shaulat Account
Monthly debit transactions limit is of PKR 1,000,000/-
Monthly debit transactions limit is of PKR 1,000,000/-
2) Islami Asaan Digital Remittance Account
Maximum credit balance limit of PKR 3,000,000
Cash withdrawal limit of PKR 500,000 per day
Fund transfer limit of PKR 500,000 per day from Islami Asaan Digital Remittance Account to any other account
This account can also be fed through local credit to the extent of PKR 1,000,000 per month
No commercial remittances shall be deposited in the account
3) Islami Freelancer Digital Account
Monthly Debit limit of USD 5,000 or equivalent
Monthly Credit Limit of USD 5,000 or equivalent
Cash withdrawal limit of PKR 500,000/- or equivalent per day
* Existing Limits will be applied on all remaining Digital Accounts

Live Chat option is available for the customers on BankIslami Digital Onboarding portal where customers can communicate with our Phone Banking team related to Digital Onboarding queries, concerns and suggestions anytime.
Phone Banking User shall be available on Live Chat portal 24/7 for our valuable customers.
