Management Training Program

Management Trainee Officer scheme for ambitious graduates who wish to challenge themselves and aspire to take up a leadership role in the banking industry. In this intensive and highly rewarding 18-Month development program, you will be rotationally placed in various group functions and have the opportunity to be directly mentioned by a Group Head throughout the placement. After 18 months of intensive work placements and project work, you will be eligible for a managerial role.
