Details of the Hajj Scheme 2025

All our branches are accepting Hajj applications starting from November 18th 03rd December, 2023.

Required Documentation
Original CNIC (Valid until December 06, 2025)
Current and legitimate Passport of the Hajj applicant (Expiration date: December 06, 2025)
Medical Certificates
Who are born on or before February 12 ,2013, are eligible to apply.
3 passport-sized photographs with a light blue background (dimensions: 4 x 3 cm)
Valid bank account belonging to the applicant
Government Regular Hajj Scheme 2025
The Ministry of Religious Affairs will select the Hajj applicants who qualify through a balloting system.
To apply, the applicant must have an account with BankIslami or any other bank, individually or jointly.
Minors (those under the age of 18) are permitted to utilize their parents' account numbers.
Regular Hajj Package – Tentative Cost: PKR 1,075,000 to PKR 1,175,000
Installment Description Regular Hajj Scheme Sponsorship Hajj Scheme
1st Installment Must be submitted with the Hajj form Rs. 200,000 One-time payment of USD 4,225 will be remitted to nominated banks’ Foreign Currency Account.
2nd Installment Along with any optional expenses, must be paid within 10 days of the ballot +Rs. 400,000
3rd Installment Must be submitted by 10th February Remaining Amount
In case of non-adherence to payment schedule, cancellation of application/ deduction of amount will be applicable as per Hajj Policy.

Government Sponsorship Hajj Scheme 2025
Selection of applicants will be on a "first-come, first-served" basis, without the use of a ballot.
Only US Dollars (USD) will be accepted for foreign remittances in the MORA Collection Account.
Local cash deposits or transfers from FCY accounts/RDA within the country will not be permitted.
Sponsors residing abroad are required to send a single remittance per applicant in USD, corresponding to the Place of Departure (POD).
The applicant or sponsor is responsible for covering any bank charges, additional fees, or taxes.
Upon depositing Hajj dues in foreign currency (USD) from abroad, the representative of the applicant in Pakistan should liaise with the relevant bank, providing the swift code or reference number associated with the deposited Hajj dues.
The foreign exchange currency (USD) must be remitted from abroad to the Ministry's specified account, the details of which are provided below.

Instructions  To avoid any delay or non-processing of the Hajj application due to incomplete information, the following information must be available in the SWIFT message:

· Field “70” Purpose code – Sponsorship Scheme of Hajj 2025

· Field ‘71-A’ bank charges for the remitter to be marked “OUR”,

· Field ‘72’ Name, CNIC No., Contact No., Bank Name along with Branch Code will be required in SWIFT

·  Please send separate remittances for each Hajj Applicant.
